Biography:

Eleanor Rosa Pinugu or Lynn is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Mano Amiga Philippines, a multi-awarded social enterprise focused on creating education opportunities that serve as catalyst for community transformation and inclusive growth. Its programs include affordable high quality K-12 education, skills training, and sustainable livelihood for low-income communities.

Lynn is also the Co-founder and CEO of She Talks Asia, a women-centred platform and impact agency focused on amplifying messages of empowerment, diversity, and inclusion.

Her most recent undertaking is being one of the youngest Opinion columnists at the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Her many awards and accolades include being named a WEF Global Shaper, UNAOC Fellow, Obama Leader, Asia Society’s Asia 21 Young Leader, GenT Leader of Tomorrow, and The Outstanding Women in the Nation's Service (TOWNS) awardee.

Lynn is an internationally certified trainer on Social Emotional Learning for Children, Adults, and Schools, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate on Sustainable Value Chains from the University of Cambridge. She is currently pursuing a Masteral degree in Clinical Psychology.
